1 large sweet onion
2 sticks buter
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 jar sauerkraut, well drained
12 oz thick noodles
Chop onion and saute in butter. Add the lemon pepper seasoning and salt. Add sauerkraut. Cook the noodles then drain well, rinsing in cool ater. Mix nodles with the oinon and sauerkraut. Put mix into a casserole dish and bake at 350F until as hot as desired.

Where do some of your recipes originate? Are some Amish? I’m just curious if you have a noodle recipe?
I’ve never heard of vinegar sours..interesting…

Most of these recipes are ones that were either handed down or given to me by friends. A good amount of them are Amish or Mennonite, but I tend to also include my own and fancier things. Some are even mailed in by readers.
I’ll look around for my noodle recipe that goes well with this and if I can’t find it I’ll just post my plain old one.
