1/4 cup popping corn
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
Mix spices well with the cheese . Pop popcorn and sprinkle seasoning mix over while kernels are still good and warm.
