1 package lemon gelatine,small
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
crushed graham crackers or crushed vanilla wafers
1. Mix the gelatine and water. When set a bit whip with a whisk and add sugar and lemon juice.
2. Whip milk and fold in to gelatine mixture. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with crushed cookies.
3. Pour mixture in to pan and sprinkle a few crumbs on top. Chill until serving time.
