I’ll start out saying this is NOT my own recipe. I got it from http://www.ivcooking.com
Chop into 1/8ths:
2 limes
Place in a steamer, cover, and steam for 10 minutes, until soft.
Add:
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper powder, or to taste
Mix well.

1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1 1/2″ stick cinnamon
