<p>1 egg</p>
<p>1. Make a well in the flour and add the egg, salt and fat. Rub together and add water until you have a stiff dough. Knead until well mixed but not too dry.</p>
<p>2. Divide the dough in to three parts for easy handling. Roll each as thick or thin as you want, but remember that thicker noodles tend to fall apart if too thick.</p>
<p>3. Spread the rolled dough on to a cloth and allow to dry a little. Roll the dough in a loose jelly roll style and slice lengthwise to make strips.</p>
<p>4. Use as packaged noodles or leave to fully dry and store in an airtight container.</p>

Drain and rinse with warm water. Make a thin white sauce with the fat, flour and liquid ( <a href="http://countrykitchen.wordpress.com/2008/09/17/thin-white-sauce-for-chicken/" target="_blank">see here</a> ). Add salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the white sauce. Layer chicken and noodles in a greased casserole, starting with chicken and ending with noodles.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.</p>
